Using Course Connect
Course Connect helps learners discover guided courses and book sessions with instructors. By using the site, you agree to use its services lawfully and provide accurate information when booking.
Bookings and rescheduling
A booking reserves the displayed session time with your chosen instructor. You may reschedule or cancel a session up to 24 hours ahead.
Payments and enrolment
Payment is due through checkout to complete a paid enrolment. Course details and prices are shown before payment, and enrolment is confirmed after successful processing.
Instructor sessions and conduct
Please treat instructors respectfully and arrive ready to take part in your session. Instructors are expected to deliver professional guidance that relates to the course you booked.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or use it to harass, deceive, or harm others. We may restrict access when activity threatens the safety or proper operation of the service.
Intellectual property
Course Connect site content and materials remain with their respective owners. You may use learning materials provided to you for your personal learning, but you may not copy or distribute them without permission.
Limitation of liability
Course Connect provides the site and booking service with reasonable care, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or a particular learning or career outcome. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from use of the site.
